Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Yashi Enterprise

At Yashi Enterprise, we strive to ensure that you receive genuine and high-quality hair care products. As we operate as a reseller of products sourced from third-party brands and suppliers, the following policy applies to all purchases made on our platform.

Return & Refund Policy

Once the products are delivered and accepted by you as per your original order, no return or refund will be applicable.

Yashi Enterprise does not open or alter the packaging of products received from third-party suppliers before dispatch. Therefore, we are not responsible for the condition of the product after it has been opened by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged

• Product is expired

• Product delivered is different from what was ordered

In such cases, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery with a proper remark on the delivery receipt.

If you are unable to return the product at the time of delivery, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Order Number

• Date of Delivery

• Reason for Return

All returned products must:

• Be in original, unopened, and unused condition

• Be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt

• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please note that:

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for opened or used products

• Shipping or return charges are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated.

• For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 12 working days

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods

You will be notified once your refund has been successfully processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed or verified.

• If your order has not yet been verified, you may request cancellation by contacting our customer support

• Once the order status is marked as “Confirmed” or “Verified”, cancellation will not be possible

Cancellation Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is successfully placed:

• It will be processed within 1 business day

• Refund (if applicable) will be initiated accordingly

• You will receive confirmation via email or SMS

Refund Mode

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase:

• Debit/Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking → Refunded to original account

• COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer or agreed method

Yashi Enterprise reserves the right to approve or reject any return, cancellation, or refund request based on verification and policy compliance.
